My order has been delivered, how long will the food stay fresh for?
All of our food is hand made to order each day & delivered in refrigerated vans to maximise the advantage of our freshly prepared platters. The food will be kept in a ambient room for up to 4 hrs before eating. We advise you to keep the lids on until you're ready to eat to ensure maximum freshness.
 
How much notice is required to place a catering order?
We kindly ask that all orders are before 12pm the day prior to delivery.
Orders for Mondays need to be placed by 12pm Friday.

How do I pay for my catering order?
Payment for your order online can be paid by credit/debit card in advance.
Cash on delivery are also accepted for subsequent orders. 
Any credit/debit card payments will incur a 3% surcharge to cover processing costs. Cheques should be made payable to Stuffed Sandwich....
Account facilities can also be arranged. 
Is there a minimum amount that I must spend on a catering order?
Our minimum order value is £25 inclisive of VAT. This can comprise any of our menus.
 
One of my colleagues is a vegan, will you be able to cater for them?
Please inform us of any dietary requirements when placing your order as we can accommodate most dietary needs.
 
How much notice do you need to change an order?
Any amendments & increases or reductions in numbers must be received by 12pm the day before the order has been requested.
 
What happens if I cancel my booking?
You are welcome to telephone us with your cancellation but we will also need this in writing. We do not charge for cancellation of functions for less than 30 people provided notice is received by 12pm the day prior to the day of your function. If the function is cancelled after this time the payment in full will be required. Cancellations for an order placed on Monday must be received by 12pm Friday.
If your function is for 30 people or more, notice to cancel will be required 5 working days prior to your function or a charge of 50% of the invoice amount will be levied. If you reduce your numbers within 2 clear working days of your function you will be charged for the numbers originally booked. If you book a special menu that is not within our brochure we must have final numbers 7 days in advance and CANNOT accept any cancellations and the full charge will be made.

How much do you charge for delivery?
Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm delivery is FREE* (*Within the FREE Delivery Zone)
Between 7am to 8am = £5.00
Between 4pm to 6pm = £10.00
Out of hours delivery charge before 7am and after 6pm is £25.00
Saturday deliveries will be charged at £10
Sunday deliveries will be charged at £10
 
We will require prompt delivery of our catering orders, will you be able to deliver on time?
We ask for a 1/2 hour delivery window: this we use as a guide.
Due to Edinburgh traffic, road closures, accidents, and other things beyond our control, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, thus the request for a 1/2 hour delivery window. We aim to ensure that your order is delivered to you in a professional manner and within time for your meeting.
We advise requesting a delivery hour that is approximately half an hour before your required time to allow the set-up of food, removal of food coverings and any delays that may occur on the road.
Should we encounter unexpected delays we will call you prior to your delivery time to inform you of this.
