My order has been delivered, how long will the food stay fresh for?

The food can be kept in an ambient room for up to 4 hrs before eating. We advise you to keep the platter lids on until you're ready to eat to ensure maximum freshness.

 

How much notice is required to place a catering order?

We kindly ask that all orders are before 12pm the day prior to delivery.

Orders for Mondays need to be placed by 12pm Friday.

How do I pay for my catering order?

Payment for your order online can be paid by credit/debit card in advance via Paypal or Stripe.

Any credit/debit card payments will incur a 3% surcharge to cover processing costs. Account facilities can also be arranged for regular customers.

 

Is there a minimum amount that I must spend on a catering order?

Yes. Our minimum order value is £25 inclusive of VAT.

 

One of my colleagues is a vegan, will you be able to cater for them?

Please inform us of any dietary requirements when placing your order as we can accommodate most dietary needs.

 

How much notice do you need to change an order?

Any amendments & increases or reductions in numbers must be received by 12pm the day before the order has been requested.

 

What happens if I cancel my booking?

You are welcome to telephone us with your cancellation but we will also need this in writing. We do not charge for cancellation of functions for less than 30 people provided notice is received by 12pm the day prior to the day of your function. If the function is cancelled after this time payment in full will be required. Cancellations for an order placed on Monday must be received by 12pm Friday.

If your function is for 30 people or more, notice to cancel will be required 5 working days prior to your function or a charge of 50% of the invoice amount will be levied.

 

Do you deliver to my area?

Deliveries are made within the city centre of Edinburgh. If you are just outside of our normal delivery areas please give us a call on 0131 225 5096 to see if we can arrange a delivery for you. Or email our Sales team at wolfits@gmail.com

 

How much do you charge for delivery?

Our standard delivery hours are Monday-Friday 8am - 3pm and delivery is FREE for orders exceeding £100 in value and within the New Town area.

Orders within Central Edinburgh and below £100 in value incur a delivery charge of £5 and delivery further afield is subject to agreement.

Delivery outside of our standard hours is also subject to negotiation.

 

We will require prompt delivery of our catering orders, will you be able to deliver on time?

We aim to deliver to you at the time requested but normally we will provide a half hour delivery window to allow for potential unforeseen delays due to traffic, road closures, accidents, and other things beyond our control. While we cannot guarantee a precise delivery time we advise requesting a delivery hour that is approximately half an hour before your required time to allow the set-up of food, removal of food coverings and any delays that may occur on the road. This is normally ample to allow for any minor delays.

Should we encounter unexpected delays we will call you prior to your delivery time to inform you of this.
